Al-Nour is a no-frills Lebanese eatery tucked away in Logan Central near Woodridge Station serving some of the best budget Lebanese fare found in Brisbane.
Open daily from 7am, customers can enjoy a traditional Middle Eastern breakfast, from foul (broad beans and chickpeas simmered in garlic and lemon), and fatteh (flatbread topped with chickpeas, tahini, natural yoghurt and nuts) to a mixed platter of Lebanese sausages and fried eggs served with labne, diced fetta, shankish, olives, cucumber and tomatoes.
Besides breakfast fare, there’s manoosh (Lebanese pizzas) along with western-style pizzas like pepperoni and Hawaiian, and kebab rolls: lamb shawarma, shish kebab, kafta and falafel.
Hearty appetites can tuck into a mixed plate of marinated meat - lamb, chicken and kafta served with tabouli, hommus, baba ghanoush and garlic dip.
In addition, there’s a range of sides or mezza including tabouli, kibbi pieces and falafel served with a generous plate of pickled veggies, flatbread and tahini sauce.
