Tanqueray Terrace is Brisbane’s must-visit spring pop-up garden bar – a glamorous riverside botanical bar serving gin cocktails and delicious spring-inspired fare to match.

Global gin favourite Tanqueray has partnered with Brisbane’s stunning heritage-listed Customs House to create this pretty gin garden featuring Copa glass gin cocktails paired with premium tonics, and a greenhouse herb garden for garnishes.

Tanqueray Terrace

Patrons can enjoy riverside views from Customs House famous outdoor terrace, which will be  decked out with a bespoke green wall, luxe loungers and botanic styling in signature Tanqueray green.

The bar will showcase 4 different Tanqueray Gins, including the classic Tanqueray No Ten, mixed with a range of Fever Tree tonics plus a citrus pairing. Patrons can then head over to the herb garden to select their own garnish.

A mouth-watering menu has been crafted to compliment the Tanqueray gins. Stand-out dishes include fried pumpkin flowers with goats cheese, sundried tomato and thyme served with preserved lemon dressing, Moreton Bay bug milk bun with gem lettuce and cocktail sauce, and smoked trout and sweetcorn fritters with green goddess dipping sauce.

In addition, guests can sample delicious spring-inspired desserts such as passionfruit, grapefruit, elderflower and white chocolate Eton mess.

Nice to know - Two lush greenhouses will be available for intimate get-togethers with friends. The relaxed, private spaces fit up to eight people each and offer beautiful river views.

Need to know - Tanqueray Terrace at Customs House is available to book or pop into from Thursday to Saturday, 4pm ‘til late, and Sundays from 12pm – 4pm.
