Kid on high ropes at Urban Xtreme

Xtreme Ninja & Parkour

The first of its kind in Brisbane, Urban Xtreme has combined the best parts of Ninja, Rock Climbing, Parkour and Obstacle Training to create a truly unique experience. Xtreme Ninja has everything that beginners and professionals need to become the generation of aspiring Ninja Warriors. Experienced coaches are always on hand to help you get the most out of the course and progress at your own pace.

Xtreme Ninja has two courses that will test your balance, strength and skill, with easy and challenging options available for each. They even have elements you'll recognise from the Ninja Warrior Australia TV show, including a full-size warped wall (4.3 metres tall).

Rockclimbing

Rock Climbing

With soaring 10.5 metre walls, Urban Xtreme has routes that will suit all climb levels and is even home to the only International Federation of Sport Climbing (IFSC) Certified Speed Climb Walls in in Queensland. It's the same route that is climbed in the Olympics! With top rope, lead rope, speed walls, auto-belays, campus boards and calisthenics training areas, there's an activity suitable for the whole family. No matter your climbing experience, Urban Xtreme's qualified instructors are always on hand to help you build strength, endurance, focus and reach new heights.

Trampoline

Trampolines

Whether you bounce, flip, twist or roll your way onto them, there is no denying that trampolines are serious fun for all ages. But did you know they are also a great way to stay fit? A jump session is a fantastic low impact exercise, stress reliever and is the perfect way to drag the kids (young or old) away from their screens.

Dodgeball

Dodgeball

Take bouncing to a whole new level and dodge, duck and dive on Urban Xtreme's dedicated dodgeball trampoline. The rules may be simple, but the strategies are complex. Groups pair off into two teams, and when the whistle goes, balls fly. Will you play it safe in the back or dive into the fray? Do you attempt to catch or manoeuvre out of the way? Either way, the result is a high-energy game that will have everyone laughing along the way.

Laser Tag

Laser Tag

Urban Xtreme is re-defining this retro game with a classic multi-level arena and the world's most advanced "Helios Laser Tag" system. Tagging your opponent? That's just the start. How about working as a team to protect your base, avoid infections and capture the flag. Urban Xtreme's accredited laser tag arena is home to tournaments, Laser League and social nights, making it the perfect place where you can learn the skills of the game, meet new people and have loads of fun!

Launch Jump

Free Jump Arena

Get ready to launch yourself into the fun on the main stage – with around 50 interconnected trampolines, tumble tracks and banked walls, it’s perfect for a trampoline workout.
