ZE PICKLE AT CAMP HILL HAS CLOSED IN MARCH 2024.

Ze Pickle, Brisbane's most decadent burger bar, has set up shop in Camp Hill’s famed foodie precinct, dishing up ridiculously rad burgers and bar snacks served alongside craft beer and cocktails.

Nestled on Martha Street beside the barber, this bolthole burger joint has an industrial interior with brick walls painted black, concrete flooring and metal tables lined along one wall, with additional seating provided on the footpath.

Lucky locals can get their burger fix seven days a week, with dinner served daily and lunch available on weekends. Ze Pickle’s popular burgers include  Chee-ze (wagyu beef patty, maple smoked bacon, fried onion straws, jack cheese and zp sauce), Pecan Wood Smoked Brisket (beef brisket topped with house made mac n’ cheese) and Doughnutfukwitdis – hand pressed wagyu beef patty, Nutella smoked bacon and double jack cheese between a grilled Doughnut Time glazed doughnut.

There are chicken burgers such as Southern Hick, Kim Jong Illest and KFZe (crispy fried chicken, smoked jalapenos, beer cheese sauce and mum’s slaw); as well as vege burgers like That Vego Friend – truffle buttered grilled mushroom with zp sauce and jack cheese.  Bar snacks range from kumera fries and Chicken Waaangs to crumbed & fried baby bell cheese wheels.   

If you still have room, there are decadent desserts like Chocolate Nachos (house made chocolate tortilla chips and marshmallows, smothered in ice cream & brownie salsa) or Oreogazm (deep fried Oreos in doughnut batter with ice cream & liquid Nutella).

Kid-friendly, a children’s menu includes popcorn chicken, Plain Jane wagyu beef burgers and Plain Chic-Kane crispy fried chicken burgers.

Drink wise, there’s house-brewed bubblegum lemonade (with or without vodka), craft beer on tap, red, white and sparkling wine and signature cocktails like Luv U Long Time (tom yum infused vodka, coconut rum and lemonade with fresh lime) and Kim Karpassionfruit (vodka, fresh passionfruit, lemon, vanilla sizzurp & bubblegum lemonade).

Need to know – Seating is limited, however takeaway is available.
