The 2026 Ipswich Art Awards Exhibition is returning from November 7-14, showcasing 500 artworks across nine categories, with every piece available to purchase.
Celebrating its 26th year, the Ipswich Art Awards is one of the region’s biggest celebrations of artistic talent, bringing together emerging and established artists from Ipswich and beyond for a showcase of creativity, innovation and contemporary art.
This year, 343 artists have submitted 500 works across nine categories, including painting, photography, drawing, printmaking, mixed media, new media and three-dimensional works.
From intricate drawings and striking paintings to experimental mixed-media creations, the exhibition offers a diverse look at the talent and ideas shaping the region’s creative scene.
Whether you’re a seasoned art collector, a passionate creative or simply looking for something different to do, the free exhibition is an opportunity to discover new artists, find inspiration and perhaps even take home an original artwork of your own.
