Cookie lovers, get ready – Brooki Bakehouse's newest flagship store - the brand's biggest location yet - is bringing its famous cookies, cakes and sweet treats to the heart of South Brisbane's vibrant arts and cultural precinct!
More than a year in the making, the impressive new bakery marks an exciting new chapter for the Brisbane-born business, with its first-ever late-night trading hours allowing dessert fans to satisfy their sweet cravings right through until 10pm, seven days a week.
Located just moments from South Bank, QPAC and the Queensland Museum, the new flagship is perfectly positioned for a post-show dessert stop, an afternoon sweet treat or a late-night cookie run.
Alongside Brooki's much-loved range of cookies and baked goods, visitors can look forward to exclusive house specials including the Salted Vanilla Matcha and The Queensland Cookie. A full drinks menu will also be available, with cake pick-ups launching shortly after opening.
And with more special late-night dessert offerings set to hit the menu, this sweet spot is giving Brisbane foodies yet another reason to visit after dark.
