Pampero Argentinian Grill and Steakhouse brings the rugged spirit of Argentina's Pampas region to the bustling South City South City Square precinct in Woolloongabba, with dishes prepared Asado style, over an open flame.

Inhabiting the landmark corner building that was previously home to Casa Chow, Pampero Argentinian Grill and Steakhouse has seating for 100 diners in the striking neonlit interior or al fresco in the spacious terrace.

From the Grill there's a selection of premium steaks including Rumb Cap Vintage, Angus Reserve Ribeye, and Wagyu Skirt Steak with choice of chimichurri, salsa criolla, aioli, red wine mole, shellfish sauce. For a real feast, upgrade to one of the signature dishes like the Pampado Asado Experience -  a selection of Argentinian cuts: short ribs, grilled chicken thighs, flank, skirt steak and chorizo, served on a traditional brasero to keep warm at your table.

Other Mains include slow cooked beef short rib, Tasmanian grilled salmon and Pampero's potato gnocchi. As for dessert, there's the likes of Argentiniian flan, traditional Arroz Con Leche; Dubai Chocolate Alfojor (house-made vanilla cookies with pistachio cream, chocolate-coated); and Pampero's Signature Chocotorta (home-made dulce de leche cream, chocolate cookies soaked in coffee, served with dulce de leche ice cream).
