Champagne, waterfront long lunches and live entertainment are on the cards as Howard Smith Wharves brings Melbourne Cup to Brisbane on Tuesday, 3 November 2026.
From lavish banquets to lively riverside parties, there’s a race day experience for every style, with big screens, drinks and plenty of reasons to dress up and gather your crew.
CIAO is serving up a three-course Italian feast featuring focaccia, cured meats, pasta and grilled sirloin steak, paired with bubbles, spritzes and premium drinks. Catch the race on large screens and join the charity sweepstakes.

Mr Percival’s is transforming its overwater decks into a race day party with fresh seafood, signature bites, Champagne, cocktails and DJs.

At Felons Barrel Hall, catch every moment on two massive screens while enjoying a Thai-inspired set menu, with optional three-hour drinks packages featuring bubbles, beers and seltzers. Live music and DJs will keep the celebrations going after the race.
Meanwhile, Felons Brewing Co. is serving fresh seafood, charcuterie and flame-grilled meats alongside a three-hour beverage package. Watch the action on big screens inside the brewery or out on the river deck.

For a decadent long lunch, Stanley is offering a four-course Cantonese banquet featuring oysters, yellowfin tuna, premium wagyu and glazed toothfish, alongside a 3.5-hour premium beverage package including Champagne.
