Ruby Chews

Ipswich

Ruby Chews is a slice of America’s food culture in the heart of Ipswich, with their diner style venue in Riverlink Shopping Centre.

Located next to Limelight Cinemas, the Ruby Chews diner is difficult to miss with its vibrant and eye-catching décor. There is plenty of dining inside, with tables, booths and bar seating available. There’s also a few tables outside for those looking to enjoy their meal with a view of the river.

Naturally, the menu is laden with burgers of all different kinds as well as hot dogs, sides, shakes and concrete (frozen custard) ice cream. You can’t go wrong with the Ruby Classic burger – a brioche bun filled with 100% Angus beef, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and Ruby’s special sauce.

If you’re not so keen on the bun, or are gluten-free, their bunless burger is certainly worth a try. Filled with all the same fillings as the classic but instead wrapped in lettuce.

When there’s burgers involved, there has to be fries. Ruby Chews makes regular fries as well as loaded fries, such as the bacon and cheese flavour.

Ruby Chews are known for their decadent shakes and ice cream creations which are made with all sorts of toppings, such as oreos, cookie dough, donuts and peanut brittle.

You can also order alcoholic beverages at Ruby Chews, including popular USA beer Blue Moon.

Need to know – Parking is available in the shopping centre.
