Pocket Retreats is a picture perfect luxury escape on a 120 acre working farm at Worlds End, just 45 minutes from Brisbane.

A fresh water river runs through the property, so guests can enjoy swimming, fishing and kayaking, as well as experiencing life on the farm. Guests are even invited to BYO horses, with stables available.

Accommodation-wise, guests can choose from two tiny cabins, both self-contained and beautifully equipped, including camping tables and chairs, outdoor BBQs, fishing rods and kayaks.

The Stables Retreat, perfect for a couple, is decked out contemporary country style, with separate double bedroom, bathroom with rain shower, kitchen with island bench and bar stools, dining table and comfy, soft suede lounge.

The compact River Retreat is ideal for solo, a couple of friends or a family of 3 - a studio-style cabin with a double bed and sofa bed, kitchenette with mini-bar fridge, outdoor BBQ table and fire pit overlooking the river.

Cabins come equipped with books, a smattering of table and card games, picnic baskets and rugs - the perfect way to unplug and unwind in the fresh country air.

During your stay, you can do as little or as much as you like - paddle at the sandy beach, explore the river rapids on foot or by kayak, fish, picnic on the river bank and, at night, enjoy a campfire under the stars.

Good to know - Worlds End Pocket is a functioning farm with friendly cattle, horses and chickens for a complete farm stay experience. The family live on the other side of the property, offering privacy from the farm activities.

Need to know - Access is via 12km of well maintained dirt road. Any additional guests visiting the property during the day that would like to use equipment will need to pay an additional $15 per person on the property.
