Casa Sabores

Fortitude Valley

Updated: Jul 13, 2026

Casa Sabores brings an authentic taste of Colombia to Fortitude Valley, offering an immersive dining experience that feels worlds away from Brisbane.

From the moment you walk in, the welcoming staff make it feel less like a restaurant and more like stepping into a family home.

Interior tables

Every corner celebrates Colombian culture, with traditional architectural details, colourful lighting, wooden furnishings, lush greenery and playful touches like parrots holding your table numbers. The vibrant space is full of character, while a dedicated function area out the back provides the perfect spot to catch live sports with friends.

Empanadas

The menu is packed with bold, authentic flavours, from crispy empanadas filled with melt-in-the-mouth meat to spectacular mains that showcase the heart of Colombian cuisine.

Whole fish

Standouts include the whole fish and the Cazuela de Frijoles, loaded with crispy pork belly, chorizo, plantain and avocado in a dish bursting with flavour.

Lemonades

No visit is complete without trying the signature coconut lemonade, a refreshingly creamy drink finished with fresh lime that pairs perfectly with the rich flavours of the menu.

Hallway interior

Whether you're stopping in for a casual lunch or a lively dinner, every dish and drink delivers an authentic Colombian experience. Located in the heart of Fortitude Valley, Casa Sabores is easy to reach, with plenty of parking available nearby.
