Mac From Way Back

Woolloongabba

UPDATED 24/3/22:  THIS BUSINESS IS NOW CLOSED

Mac From Way Back, Brisbane's first dedicated mac and cheese eatery, has set up permanently in Woolloongabba offering a fantastic selection of American-style eats from mac n' cheese to juicy burgers and deep dish pizza.

From a hole-in-the-wall pop-up in Beenleigh to being one of Brisbane's favourite food trucks and now new digs in Woolloongabba, Mac From Way Back is bigger and better with a brand new expanded mouth-watering menu.

Cheese lovers will salivate over Mac's menu including gooey, gourmet mac and cheese that can be topped with crumbed mushroom, bacon, bolognese sauce, beef patty, fried chicken, pickles, sauce and/or extra cheese.
