Pause Cafe & Bar provides the perfect excuse to head to Samford Valley and take some time out in the fresh country air at any time of day or the evening.
Here's a unique place to stop and enjoy an aperitivo on the sunset deck, a morning croissant or cronut fresh from the oven, or a hearty European style dinner.
There are plenty of edible foods growing in the courtyard garden, which is a pleasant spot to enjoy a tempting breakfast of waffle chocolate sorbet, polenta, eggs, mushroom and sausage, or salmon and provola.
During the day, a range of fresh "red", "green", "orange" or "yellow" juices are served, as well as refreshing mocktails and a steady stream of coffee orders to keep the barista busy. After five, Ocean View craft beers, local and international wines, and an extensive range of cocktails are available at Pause's fully licensed bar.
The dinner menu at Pause Bar & Cafe is inspired by Italian Executive Chef, Rino Avellini, and filled with seasonal, locally sourced produce such as octpus on house gnocci, 2 kg Angus Tomahawk steak, cacao ravioli, or Moreton Bay Bugs on guitar spaghetti.
