The Yard On Glebe is serving up nutritious and delicious all day breakfast, fresh smoothies and homemade artisan pastries in Ipswich’s suburb of Booval.
The relaxed café has timber clad walls and a counter, which is laden with sweet treats and takeaway snacks. Homestyle furniture fills the café space, with bar seating at the window if you wish to relax, enjoy your coffee and watch the world go by.
The menu is abundant with breakfast options, each as fresh and wholesome as the other. The Garden Bowl is The Yard On Glebe’s most popular dish – it’s a bowl of leafy greens, wild roast pumpkin, sweet potato, grilled mushrooms, avocado, pickled beetroot and served with a pour of Yard’s specialty dressing.
The Beetroot Hummus and Feta is another favourite amongst diners, featuring Yard’s homemade beetroot hummus and feta on toasted sourdough, topped with dukkah and lemon.
As well as their specialty coffee, The Yard On Glebe serves freshly made smoothies and juices. The Morning Sunshine is the perfect summer smoothie, packed with kiwi, banana, mango, pinapple, spinach, mint and coconut water.
There's also freshly made pastries and sweet treats that adorn the counter, homemade and ready to either takeaway or enjoy in house with a coffee.
Need to know – Parking is available on the street and out the back.
