WILDE KITCHEN IN TENERIFFE HAS CLOSED.

Wilde Kitchen is a healthy eating cafe found nestled in the base of the Dalgety Woolstore building in Teneriffe.

Locals frequent Wilde for its delicious and generous portions of fresh, healthy and nutritious premise-baked and prepared food, served in-house or with take-home meals also available.

Breakfast, which is served until midday daily, includes Protein Pancakes, Paleo Bircher Muesli, Prosciutto with Fried Eggs, Sauteed Greens, Sticky Pork or Smoked Salmon Omelette.

Smoothie Bowls are available all day and include Acai Pure, Choc Peanut Buter, Coconut Berry or Green Smoothie Bowl. Also on the menu all day are Healing Broths (Chicken Lemngrass & Ginger or Bef with Star Anise and Cinnamon).

For lunch, which is served from 12-2.30pm, choices include Avocado on Toast, Paleo Fried Chicken, Nourishing Vege Bowl, Grilled Chicken with greens, fermented veges and wilde rice or Spiced Rubbed Beef with chimichurri cauliflower mash, sweet pea and cucumber salad.

Meanwhile, from the counter there are fresh daily salads, raw cakes and slices and sweet treats.

To accompany, Wilde Kitchen has a small range of Health Tonic Shots, lush smoothies, coffee (including cold press or Bulletproof) and pots of loose leaf tea.

Nice to know - Pre-prepared take home meals can be ordered online.
