Slipstream Brewing Co

Yeerongpilly

Slipstream Brewing Co is a boutique brewery and tap room located eight km south of the CBD in the inner-city suburb of Yeerongpilly, a short stroll from the train station.

Hidden down a laneway, behind Satnam Car Services, the brewery opens to the public from Friday to Sunday. Inside the big tin shed, the bar area is fitted-out with retro lounges and recycled timber and metal tables overlooking the brewing tanks.

There are currently seven beers on tap including Slipstream's core range - Billy Cart rye pale ale, Magic Mile extra pale ale and Yerongpils German pilsner - plus a few seasonal brews for good measure such as Buggy Brown American brown ale.

Patrons can also order a cheeky wine or two. Food wise, some of Brisbane's best food trucks will be on hand dishing up some good grub.

Nice to know - Beers are available for take-away in cans, squeelers and growlers.
