Nestled in the heart of Cleveland, Australian Wildflour Pastry Co is an exclusively gluten free, coeliac safe patisserie specialising in artisan French pastries, breads, cakes, and more.

Inside the little bayside bakery, you'll find warming cabinets filled with fresh pastries, from flaky croissants and pain au chocolate to cinnamon scrolls, and a selection of freshly baked cakes and muffins.

At the other side of the counter is the dairy-free warmer filled with savoury, deep-dish grillers and AWPC's famous sausage rolls, made in-house with homemade puff pastry and mince filling. These tasty morsels are gluten, dairy, egg free, low Fodmap and taste amazing.

In addition, you can order a range of gateaux-style celebration cakes, bespoke cupcakes, and custom cakes including wedding cakes via their website.
