Competition Terms & Conditions

General Competition Terms & Conditions (applies to all competitions):

Entries must include the entrant's name, an active email and mobile phone number to be valid. Only one entry per unique email address is valid. The winner/s are chosen at random and will be contacted by telephone to notify them of their win. If a voice message is left, the winner must respond and return the call within 5 hours of the message being left to claim their prize. After this time, if contact has not been received, the prize will be re-drawn and a new winner chosen. The prize is non-transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is strictly for the date and time as stipulated on the competition entry form page or in the Competition-Specific section below (if applicable). There is no entry fee and no requirement of purchase to enter the competition. Any other particular terms and conditions pertaining to a prize will be listed below, if applicable. The winner will be emailed confirmation of their prize and their name, email and phone number will be passed on to the prize provider so that arrangements can be made for the collection / redemption of the prize. By entering any of our competitions, you consent to your details being forwarded to that particular company/companies for possible future promotion. If for any reason beyond Must do Brisbane's control, an event, show, concert or festival is cancelled, entrants will not receive a replacement prize nor will they receive any financial reimbursement to the value of the prize.

In addition to the above, the below conditions are competition-specific:

Tangalooma Day Cruise Experiences competition:
Expiry will be 1 year from receiving the prize certificate. Not redeemable for cash and non-transferrable to other products. The prize cannot be transferred to other persons or parties. For the prize to be validated the prize recipient must travel on the booking and may need to show identification upon check-in to validate the booking. Prize winners under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian to claim the prize on their behalf upon presentation of identification. Prize winners under the age of 18 will require an adult over the age of 18 in their immediate travel party for the duration of their stay at Tangalooma Island Resort. The prize will be subject to the applicable package conditions at time of booking. Bookings are subject to availability. Blockout dates apply. Booking dates are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Tangalooma Island Resort. Boat transfers are made available by Tangalooma Island Resort on a ‘subject to availability’ basis. This prize is eligible for one Day Cruise booking only and no change will be provided for unspent portions. Cancellation: This Day Cruise is subject to conditions and cancellation policies. Please consult your booking confirmation for further details. All bookings that are made (in-part-or-full) with a prize voucher are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Spicers Hidden Vale competition:
The prize is valid until 19/9/2025. Bookings are essential and subject to availability, and booking conditions may apply. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, and all elements must be used in the single booking frame.

Rosalie Gourmet Market competition:
The prize must be collected in-store no later than 5pm on Wednesday December 23, 2022.

Day out with Thomas competition:
Prizes must be used between 27/12/22 and 22/01/23.
