Competition Terms & Conditions

General Competition Terms & Conditions (applies to all competitions):

Entries must include the entrant's name, an active email and mobile phone number to be valid. Only one entry per unique email address is valid. The winner/s are chosen at random and will be contacted by telephone to notify them of their win. If a voice message is left, the winner must respond and return the call within 5 hours of the message being left to claim their prize. After this time, if contact has not been received, the prize will be re-drawn and a new winner chosen. The prize is non-transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is strictly for the date and time as stipulated on the competition entry form page or in the Competition-Specific section below (if applicable). There is no entry fee and no requirement of purchase to enter the competition. Any other particular terms and conditions pertaining to a prize will be listed below, if applicable. The winner will be emailed confirmation of their prize and their name, email and phone number will be passed on to the prize provider so that arrangements can be made for the collection / redemption of the prize. By entering any of our competitions, you consent to your details being forwarded to that particular company/companies for possible future promotion. If for any reason beyond Must do Brisbane's control, an event, show, concert or festival is cancelled, entrants will not receive a replacement prize nor will they receive any financial reimbursement to the value of the prize.

Competition Specific (in addition to the above):

Coast-to-country Getaway for 2 to The Tweed Competition:
Total prize pool is $2,240 and is for two adults, cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferrable (Breakdown: La Rocher Eco Retreat valued at $1,660. Mavis's Kitchen valued at $200. No 35 Kitchen & Bar valued at $100. Husk Distillers valued at $80. Bastion Lane Espresso valued at $200.La Rocher Eco Retreat - Subject to availability, excludes NSW public holidays and peak Christmas period. Maximum of two adults only. No 35 Kitchen & Bar - voucher valid for 3 years from receipt. Husk Distillers - tours participants must be over the age of 19. Voucher can only be redeemed once. Not transferrable for cash. Can only be used for a daily distillery tour. Valid until 6/1/25. Bastion Lane Espresso - not available Tuesdays or Wednesdays. 

Portside Dining Experience competition: 
The prize is valid for 3 months from receipt. Bookings are based on availability at the venue. The three venues included do not have to be visited on the same day.

Thomas the Tank Engine competition:
Tickets are valid for use between 25 June - 10 July 2022.

Banana Bender Pub competition: 
Can only be redeemed at Banana Bender Pub Sunday Sessions. The $100 voucher will expire three months from date of issue, cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. If purchase exceeds value of the voucher, the winner is responsible for paying the balance.

Pixar Putt Competition:
Tickets are based on availability, and must be used between Friday June 17, 2022 and Sunday July 24, 2022. Vouchers for Eat Street Northshore entry do not need to be used at the same time as the Pixar Putt vouchers (reminder that Eat Street Northshore is only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights). All food and beverages at either venue is at the expense of the winner. Total prize pool is $559.60.
