Savile Row

Fortitude Valley

Savile Row is a Fortitude Valley hidden treasure that is hands down one of Brisbane’s best bars – an opulent speakeasy-style, vintage lounge bar hidden behind a closed orange door.

Open the door, step into a darkened entry foyer and part the black curtains to enter a mysterious dark wood panelled parlour lit dimly, leading to the stunning main bar area, which looks as if it may have been here since Prohibition, a world away from the hustle and bustle of the street outside.

A gorgeous crystal chandelier hangs above the bar, which is overlooked by an upstairs wrap-around gallery of dimly-lit, cosy booths, couches and cabaret-style tables and chairs, and all under a corrugated iron roof with exposed rafters.

A staircase behind a heavy wood-panelled wall leads upstairs, otherwise pull up a seat at the bar, which is lined ceiling to floor with one of the largest spirit collections in Australia. Here you''l find more than 1000 rare and well-known bottles, including weekly new editions.

Savile Row has its own signature list of bespoke cocktails*, which are prepared using the freshest seasonal products, using unique methods and ingredients by some of Australia's leading bartenders. A selection of boutique beer and wine is also available.

Good to know - Savile Row offers private Cocktail and Whisky Masterclasses - a perfect corporate or private event which is customised for each group. These are often run outside of opening times, affording the group exclusive use of the venue.

Need to know – Bookings for groups and corporate events now available and functions and drinks packages are also now offered. You can book areas of the venue for exclusive use for 15 -90 people.

*Look out for Savile Row's new Summer Menu coming out on Halloween - think Spritz’s and Summer Swizzles!
