Nestled on the corner of Latrobe Terrace and Collingwood Street, the tiny bakery offers a delectable range of freshly-baked pastries from New Farm's french bakery Chouquette.
Pull up a seat and a coffee from next door and enjoy something delicious from the counter - think buttery croissants, pain au chocolat, almond croissants and delectable sweet Viennoiserie like raisin scrolls and chausson aux pommes (apple-filled pastries).
Mis.spelt also has fresh baked crusty loaves of sourdough available to take home.
