Valentine's Day at Izakaya Publico
This Valentine’s Day, walk through the big red doors at Hotel Indigo Brisbane to discover a creative and inspired dining experience featuring a specialty Valentine’s Day cocktail followed by a four-course shared menu at Brisbane’s newest, hidden Japanese restaurant, Izakaya Publico.
Bask in the surrounds of their artistically creative space and be greeted with a specially created Valentine’s Day Cocktail – Sakura Bloom, made with Peach Edible Blossom, Gin, Cherry Blossom Syrup and Citrus.
For $149 per person, indulge in entrees to share including Edamame, Oysters with Tosazu Jelly and Panko Camembert, followed by the stunning next course of ‘Fire and Ice’, including a fresh selection of Sashimi Moriawase and Tuna Warayaki, seared over the only Warayaki grill in Australia. Continue on with coal grilled Pork Belly and Chicken Thigh Skewers before finishing on a sweet note with traditional Japanese Mochi served with Ice Cream.
The night doesn't have to end there - after dinner, pay a visit to Japanese speakeasy Bar 1603 and indulge in a nightcap such as Japanese whisky, sake or sochu.
