That's Amore! Italian Dinner

Be transported to Italy without leaving Brisbane at That’s Amore! Italian Dinner at Eagle Farm Racecourse on Saturday Dec 1.

Here you can sip on delicious prosecco and feast on a menu straight from the Amalfi coast at elegant, candlelit long table.

For the occasion, Eagle Farm’s Tote Room will be decked out like a fabulous Italian Trattoria, the perfect setting to embrace the finest Italian food and drinks while being entertained by a live accordion player, Italian duo La Mafia Band and other surprise performers.

The renowned culinary team at Brisbane Racing Club will present an exquisite three-course, sit-down menu starting with warm artisan breads, grana cheese, mixed olives, and balsamico di Modena, before moving on to an entrée featuring Naples-style buffalo mozzarella, San Daniele baby heirloom tomatoes, rocket, torn basil and extra virgin olive oil.

For the evening’s main event, diners can tuck into roast duckling breast, wild mushroom and truffle risotto with twice cooked veal and sage filled tortelloni and marsala ristretto and broccoli.

And, for a truly delizioso Italian finale, there'll be sweet ricotta and candied fruit cannoli with pistachio, limoncello zabaglione and Amalfi roasted peach cheek for dessert.
