It wouldn’t be a day at the races without some top-quality fashion, food and drinks – and the Channel Seven Spring Racing Carnival, presented by Lexus, does not disappoint. Guests can sample this season’s signature cocktail, The Spring Spritz, featuring cucumber and lime Smirnoff Infusions and some insta-worthy garnishes, while fashionistas can compete for thousands of dollars’ worth of prizes in the Billy J Boutique Fashions on the Field.

Seafood lovers will flock to the gourmet Greek bites on offer at Thalassa, while Nug Life is the place to be for those with a taste for loaded chicken nuggets with pun-tastic names like Parmageddon and Juan in a Million. ’76 has all of your retro faves such as cheerios, lamingtons, kabana and dip, while Spring Picnic Co. is keeping it classy with hampers filled with baguettes, tartlets, a cheese platter and sweets.
