Queensland Mental Health Week
Queensland Mental Health Week (QMHW) is back bigger than ever, from October 7 to 15, 2023, when communities across the state will come together to raise awareness, challenge stigma, and promote good mental health and wellbeing.

QMHW is an annual awareness week that aims to shine a spotlight on individual and community mental health and wellbeing. This year's theme is "Awareness, Belonging, Connection”.

There are a number of ways you can get involved:
1. Attend events: Check the QMHW event map to find events near you. Major events in Brisbane include the Walk for Awareness, Recovered Futures Art Exhibition, and the QMHW Achievement Awards.

2. Host an event: Organise activities like workshops, seminars, or community gatherings that focus on mental health awareness and support. Register your event on the QMHW website to reach a broader audience.

3. Join the conversation: Follow QMHW on social media and use the hashtag #QMHW to share your stories, resources, and messages of hope.
Together we can make mental health a priority in Queensland.
