NOOSA alive! is a fantastic 10-day festival of theatre, literature, music, dance, film, visual arts and cuisine held in one of Australia's most stunning destinations from Friday, July 19 to Sunday, July 28.

Noosa Alive!, The Modern Māori Quartet

The Modern Māori Quartet bring their old school entertainment and incredible voices to NOOSA alive! for one night only on Friday, July 19. Inspired by New Zealand’s show-bands of the 60s and 70s, MMQ merge soul classics with the Māori tradition of storytelling in this heartwarming and humorous performance. 

Join Walkley Award-winning journalist Kerry O'Brien In Conversation with Annie Gaffney, host of ABC Sunshine Coast Mornings on Saturday, July 20. This special luncheon event includes a glass of wine on arrival and a sumptuous 2-course lunch created by Chef Matt Golinski

Noosa Alive!, Michaela Burger

Direct from a sell-out season at Adelaide Cabaret Festival, award-winning cabaret star Michaela Burger brings her stunning show A Migrant's Son to life at the J Theatre on Sunday, July 21. Michaela will be joined on stage by Noosa Chorale in this extraordinary new work. 

Combining Aboriginal cultural knowledge with contemporary dance, Thomas E.S. Kelly's [MIS]CONCEIVE  is a fascinating fusion of hip hop, physical percussion and rhythmic cultural pattern at the Noosa Arts Theatre on Friday, July 26.

Ganz A Cappella from Berlin bring their unique vocal blend and rich harmonies to the J Theatre on Thursday, July 25, performing as part of their international ‘Home Is Calling’ Tour.

Australia's comedy royalty, The Umbilical Brothers,  will perform their multi-award winning show Speedmouse at the J Theatre on Friday, July 26. Full of the stuff you love best, Speedmouse is a must-see live action, fast-paced, rewind, slow motion, frame-by-frame adventure.

Queensland Ballet return to NOOSA alive! on Saturday, July 27 for two special performances which include a breathtaking line-up of new contemporary work and divertissements from classical repertoire that will delight audiences of all ages.
