Join a refreshing Pilates class that will tone your muscles and increase flexibility, or bond with your little one during the Mini & Me – Yoga class, designed for both parent and child to get moving and have fun.

Looking for a high-energy workout? The Zumba class will have you dancing your way to fitness, while the Hula Fit class will help you find your flow within the hula hoop.

Find your inner peace with a Yoga class, perfect for calming the mind and improving overall wellbeing, or challenge yourself with the Aqua Strength class, a dynamic water-based workout that will leave you feeling invigorated.

Try your hand at an introductory class of Taekwondo, focusing on self-defence, kicking, and blocking or work on your swing, flexibility, fitness and self-confidence at a Salsa and Samba class.

On the first Saturday of the month, the Medibank Feel Good Program is launching the new month of programming with extra fitness and lifestyle classes.

On Saturday 1st April, join Celia Roberts from the BioMedical Institute of Yoga & Meditation for three relaxing and rejuvenating wellness workshops where she will take you through a yoga class that merges science and spirituality for the betterment of your health and wellbeing.

But that's not all! On April 8th, head along to Grooves where you can flow through some fresh moves and grooves. On April 15th, learn the many different varieties in Indian dance forms in a simplified step to step manner with Bollywood. If slowing down and switching off is you’re your speed, on April 22nd there's Morning Mindfulness. Finally, on April 29th, get your boogie on in the introductory hip hop dance class that will get you moving and grooving.

The Medibank Feel Good Program is committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals while having fun and connecting with like-minded individuals. Bookings are not required for most classes but please note that to manage capacity, some sessions do require pre-registration.
