Lovers & Losers

Ipswich Civic Centre

Lovers of fine singing definitely won’t be the losers when Lovers and Losers, featuring Tyrone Noonan, Sandro Colarelli and Alison St Ledger hits the Ipswich Civic Centre on Thursday 11 May.

The three singers are all accomplished in their own right, with Noonan well known from his time in the band George with sister Katie, St Ledger a regular performer at Women in Voice, and actor/singer Colarelli receiving a Matilda Award for his roles in The Odyssey and The Venetian Twins. They’re sure to bring a unique and exciting mix of talents and interpretations to the songs of love: lost and found, and lost again.

Lovers and Losers will put the subject of love under the microscope, whether it’s old love, new love, true love or love that goes horribly wrong. It’s a subject guaranteed to have plenty of passion.

The cabaret show will feature songs that celebrate and commiserate, with works from the likes of Tom Waits, Dolly Parton, Burt Bacharach, Kander and Ebb, and Jimmy Webb. There are songs that have been made famous by the likes of Frank Sinatra, Roberta Flack and even Guns ‘n’ Roses.

Make sure you secure your tickets now to see these three very talented singers and performers give their renditions on some of the most memorable songs of the 20th century.
