Loose Ends
Ipswich Art Gallery
Loose Ends is a quirky and enchanting piece of interactive theatre that will have children (and their grown-ups) in its thrall this school holiday at Ipswich Art Gallery.
Featuring contraptions, tricks and quirky characters and household items that are given surprising new uses, the show is written, directed and acted by Paris-trained, multi-disciplinary circus artist and quirkologist Jens Altheimer.
As well as being a breathtaking visual and lively feast, Loose Ends is also the poignant underlying story of a man who thinks he can organise all of his life in boxes, until he learns a lesson about real friendships, acceptance and loyalty.
Nice to know - Warning: those household contraptions will never appear the same again. Loose Ends was a nominee for best Children's presentation at Adelaide Fringe 2017.
