Lobster & Co is a decadent lobster roll and champagne pop-up in a vintage airstream at Gasworks Plaza, Newstead from Dec 14 to Jan 8.
The authentic lobster rolls are made from confit Australian lobster tail, served inside a caramelised brioche bun with buttermilk fennel slaw.
Lobster rolls come with a side of crispy parmesan truffle fries and cost $50. Add a chilled glass of Pommeray champagne for $20 and lemon squash or still or sparking water for $6.
Good to know - There is outdoor seating available behind the picket fence, adjacent to the airstream.
