Enjoy a luxurious evening of an immersive food and wine experience at the Grant Burge Wine Dinner to be held in Eagle Farm's heritage-listed Tote Room on Wednesday, August 31, 2022.

Grant Burge’s Senior Winemaker Craig Stansborough will share with guests an intimate and insightful vintage wine tasting paired with 4-course dinner, prepared by BRC's Executive Chef, John Felesina.

Guests will be served a selection of exquisite canapes on arrival, including chilled franklin harbour oyster, yuzu, soy, ginger varnish w cucumber pearls, cucumber wrapped, red duck, shallot, pink onion.

Entree is overnight beetroot cured, ‘tassie’ salmon, pickled vegetables, petite leaves and for main there's a choice of hoi sin, five spice ox beef cheek, pumpkin paris, snow peas, wombok, coriander pesto, prawn wonton crisp or prosciutto wrapped lamb loin, sprouts, brunoise winter vegetables, marsala onions, jus gras.

And to finish guests can choose from 2-month vintage cheddar, french blue and triple crème brie with heavy fruit n’ nut bread, table grapes or a petite tartlet, silky hazelnut dark chocolate ganache, sea salted pretzel.
