The menu will feature a sumptuous chilled seafood plate (with oysters, prawns, Moreton Bay bugs, mussels and smoked salmon); and a la carte entree choices of Noosa crab cakes or local scallops; mains including Red Emperor, Lobster Mornay or BBQ cauliflower steak, and a decadent dessert of chocolate delice.
