CONTESSA BLACKSTAR COFFEE HAS CLOSED.
Contessa Blackstar Coffee is a tiny dim lit espresso lounge nestled in a line-up of pocket-sized eateries on the corner of Roma St and George St in Brisbane's CBD.
At the front is a bar where punters line up to grab their morning caffeine hit on-the-go (one of the best in Brisbane), while to the rear is a cosy seating area.
The menu is laden with coffee in all sorts of forms, including cold-pressed and their famous drip filter. Contessa also has an organic hot chocolate on their menu for those with a sweet tooth.
Their Black Star coffee can be purchased by the bag, with the many different blends strewn across an outdoor table and on the café wall shelves.
Contessa also sells all the latest coffee lovers merchandise, including the famous reusable cups by KeepCup.
