The Star Stradbroke Day

Eagle Farm Racecourse

The Star Stradbroke Day draws Brisbane Racing’s Club’s The Star Stradbroke Season 2024 to a memorable end on Saturday 15 June, with an elegant finale at Eagle Farm Racecourse.

More than $6.5million in racing prizemoney is on the line with the race card headlined by the coveted Group 1 The Star Stradbroke Handicap, Queensland's iconic sprint worth $3million in prizemoney and named one of the world's Top 100 Group 1 races.

Also run on this day is the Group 1 $1million Ladbrokes J.J.Atkins and the Group 2 $1.2million Sky Racing Q22, with The Q22 winner this year securing automatic entry into the Caulfield Cup.

The fashion theme for this prestigious raceday, and final Fashions on the Field event, is ‘black and white with a touch of red’, and judges will looking for the ‘wow’ factor when it comes time to award prizes to the top three best dressed entrants.

Delicious trackside food and beverage packages are available in a range of on-course locations, from Eagle Farm's manicured public lawns to the elegant surrounds of private spaces and marquees.

Fantastic entertainment is also lined up for the public lawn stage once the racing ends.
