The Treasury Brisbane Hotel Courtyard is the enchanted historic setting for an evening of cheese tasting, wine sampling and live entertainment under a magical canopy of stars.
Take a journey through the undulating valleys of the world-famous vineyards of the Yarra Valley, the flavour-packed ravines of the Barossa Valley and the boutique cellars of the Adelaide Hills, with the chance to sample some of Australia's best wine.
Mimosas will also be the order of the night so why not indulge in the citrus delights of the Mimosa Bar.
To complement the range of wines on show, a stellar line-up of cheese from Victoria's premier cheese makers will be on offer in addition to a selection of chargrilled vegetables, assorted dips, artisan breads and more.
