Robelle Cafe

Springfield Central

Robelle Cafe, a casual al fresco eatery, holds pride of place in the middle of the spectacular Robelle Domain Parklands, overlooking a games lawn and a water park.

As such they don't come much child friendlier than this, with no roads nearby, plenty of space for prams and hectares of running space. Yet child friendly (and counter service) doesn't mean basic food, with breakfasts of eggs benedict, pesto scrambled eggs, gourmet bacon & egg burger and lunches ranging from gourmet burgers, salads and fresh sandwiches to more substantive meals of entrees (bruschetta, wedges, dips and calamari), mains (risotto, pasta, laksa, barra and chips and rib fillet) to enjoy with a glass of wine.

The children's menu has meals for around $7-8 of bacon and eggs for breakfast and mini pizzas, chicken, pasta and fish & chips).

Entrees are also available as snacks and chips come in different forms including British (with gravy), beer battered, and wedges with chilli sauce, all of which go down well with a side of jazz at their Sunday afternoon chill out sessions.

Because the café is bang in the middle of the park, the best place to park the car for access is off Barry Alexander Drive and from here head for the water park.
