Located at The Sheds in Brendale, the long-awaited microbrewery has finally opened much to the delight of locals, offering an array of craft beers and hard seltzers, all made on-site.

Inside the huge shed, which features an funky graffiti mural on the exterior, patrons can enjoy a few bevvies with friends and family, with plenty of seating provided including a fairylit, cosy corner for intimate gatherings, large and small tables in the cavernous, vaulted-ceiling brew pub, plus outside undercover at picnic tables overlooking the pretty landscaped gardens.

Non-beer drinkers are well catered for with 3 seltzers - Boozy Lemonade, Ginger Zing and Hard Sarsparilla - as well as wine supplied by Moreton Bay winery Ocean View Estates, plus spirits paired with locally sourced LongRays sodas and tonics, soft drinks and Bin Juice (fermented sodas) locally brewed by Ibis Brewing Company in 8 delicious flavours like blueberry ginger, strawberry, pineapple, and mango.

Hip Hops onsite kitchen offers a tantalising selection of bar bites and burgers. The former includes Copper & Cane Gin marinated olives, locally sourced sourdough topped with fresh tomato, roast capsicum, olives and goats curd; falafel balls served with house made labneh, promegranate and mint; and crispy squid tossed in smoked malt and chilli salt.

Otherwise, there are lamb koftas served with pine nuts, dill and tahini sauce, and burgers (beef, chicken and vege) with fries on the side.
