This cosy sandstone-walled wine bar and restaurant in a leafy street of downtown Spring Hill is a stumble-upon-and-glad-you-did kind of place.
Essentially a long narrow room at the base of a boutique hotel, its high retrofit ceilings, rough cut stone and ethereal orange and blue wall lamps create a timeless space in which to enjoy a drink or meal.
Like the décor the drinks (and food) have an understated quality, from the extensive home grown wine list to the International beers and handful of cocktails such as Rosewater Martinis and Sloegin and Coriander Sours along with the chef prepared bar snacks and meals.
O Bar is also open for breakfast only on Sunday mornings.
