General Competition Terms & Conditions (applies to all competitions):

Entries must include the entrant's name, an active email and mobile phone number to be valid. Only one entry per unique email address is valid. The winner/s are chosen at random and will be contacted by telephone to notify them of their win. If a voice message is left, the winner must respond and return the call within 5 hours of the message being left to claim their prize. After this time, if contact has not been received, the prize will be re-drawn and a new winner chosen. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is strictly for the date and time as stipulated on the competition entry form page or in the Competition-Specific section below (if applicable). There is no entry fee and no requirement of purchase to enter the competition. Any other particular terms and conditions pertaining to a prize will be listed below, if applicable. The winner will be emailed confirmation of their prize and their name, email and phone number will be passed on to the prize provider so that arrangements can be made for the collection / redemption of the prize. By entering any of our competitions, you consent to your details being forwarded to that particular company/companies for their possible future promotion. If for any reason beyond Must do Brisbane's control, an event, show, concert or festival, or prize in general is cancelled or deemed unavailable by the prize provider, entrants will not receive a replacement prize nor will they receive any financial reimbursement to the value of the prize.

COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Imperial Hotel, Gold Coast competition:
Prize is for a maximum of two guests only, and valid until March 31, 2025. Extensions will not be permitted. Advance reservation is necessary, and remains subject to availability (Not valid for stays during peak periods, special events, or between December 20, 2024 and January 14, 2025). The prize is non-refundable, and may not be transferred for cash or any other services. Any unused portions are forfeited. The prize voucher must be presented upon arrival. Meals, beverages and services other than those outlined in the prize are at the prize winner's expense.

Brisbane Quarter, Dine Stay Play competition:
The prize is valid for two people only (W Hotel accommodation is $400, Phat Boy voucher is $300), and is valid until February 28, 2027. The prize is non-refundable, and can not be transferred for cash or any other services. Any unused portions are forfeited. The prize vouchers must be presented upon arrival. Meals, beverages and services other than those outlined in the prize are at the prize winner's expense. Accommodation is based on availability.

Clicquot Chalet Winter High Tea at Customs House competition:
The prize is valid for four people and attendees must be aged 18+. The prize is valid whilst the Pop-Up Bar is open until August 29, 2024, and can only be redeemed Tuesday to Thursday. Reservations are based on availability. Any additional beverages or menu orders are at the expense of the attendees.

Angelika Cinemas competition: 
The prize includes 18 Premium standard tickets (excluding the SoHo Lounge) valued at $15 each which are valid until December 1, 2024. The prize is non-refundable, and can not be transferred for cash or any other services. Any unused tickets are forfeited. The ticket vouchers must be presented upon arrival.
