Two of Australia's finest musicians will join forces on February 22 at Brisbane Powerhouse for a special performance - Long Lost Loves (and Grey Suede Gloves), presented by Musica Viva Australia.

Star mezzo-soprano Anna Dowsley and acclaimed Australian pianist Michael Curtain will perform cabaret songs from Pulitzer Prize-winning American composer William Bolcom.

Devised by Paul Kildea and Ian Dickson AM, and written and directed by renowned Australian director Constantine Costi, this colourful evening of storytelling weaves together artful cabaret songs to create a poignant meditation on life, love and living in the moment.

From Amor and Black Max to At the last lousy moments of love, these funny, sad and surprising songs become a playful and touching exploration of life as an artist, on stage and off.
