Gasp Cafe

Springwood

GASP CAFE IN SPRINGWWOD HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

Gasp Cafe is a hidden gem, tucked away off a service road in Springwood, serving well-brewed Di Bella coffee and all day breakfast fare.

This cute little contemporary cafe provides indoor dining with a smart, modern decor, as well as al fresco dining on a rear patio.

Gasp Cafe, Springwood

Breakfast dishes include all the usual suspects from a Simple Bowl of Goodness (mixed nuts, chia seeds, cranberries, raisins, and coconut with milk) to What Came First (two eggs your way on Turkish toast) and the Gasp rosti stack - potato rosti layered with halloumi, caramelised onion, sauteed cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and baby spinach.

Gasp Cafe, Springwood

Lunch options consist of burrito bowls (Mexican mince, black beans, brown rice, salsa, sour cream and tasty cheese), lemongrass chicken curry served with wild and brown rice, and Moroccan slow-cooked lamb served with cous cous; as well as vegetarian dishes such as roast sweet potato and lentil curry served with basmati rice and pumpkin lasagne.

In addition, there's a cabinet crammed with fresh sandwiches and salads, frittatas and savoury slices, scrumptious pies and rolls, plus delectable treats like citrus tarts, chocolate brownies, carrot cake and more.

Besides Di Bella coffee, there's T-Bar teas, hot chocolate, chai, specialty lattes (turmeric and beetroot), milkshakes and smoothies.
