Tea Station

Eight Mile Plains

Updated: Jun 25, 2026

Tea Station in Eight Mile Plains is a chic contemporary bubble tea shop serving authentic Korean desserts and specialising in traditional Korean waffles and Taiwanese milk tea.

Inspired by the concept of the train station - like the subway stations or on the streets in Korea where waffles are sold - Tea Station is run by a Korean-Taiwanese couple whose idea for their shop is the local go-to place for everything from a cup of tea, a sugar rush or casual meet-up.

The menu is derived from the taste of the owners' childhood memories and the local eateries of their hometowns, with all of the ingredients and equipment used to make the Korean waffles carefully sourced from Korea.

Signature menu item at Tea Station is the traditional Korean Waffle, with a light and crispy texture, filled with flavoured cream and special apple jam (which is not sold anywhere in Australia).

Another menu highlight are the Croffles (choconana, berry milky or matachana), which are a delectable combination of waffle and croissant. The croissant dough is crushed in a waffle machine, which makes it crispy outside yet with the texture and taste of a croissant inside.

There's also a selection of Croffle Bars (on paddle pop sticks) with a choice of plain, cheese, oreo, lotus, injeolmi and cinnapple flavours, while coming soon to the menu are Belgian waffles.

Tea Station's most popular drinks include Brown Sugar Bubble Tea Duet, Lemon Plum Jasmine Tea with Aloe Vera, Taichi Milk Tea, Four Seasons in One Day and Pea-Chee Ice Tea, a non-caffeine tea liked by all ages

Need to know - Tea Station is located directly in front of Woolworths at Warrigal Square Shopping Centre, with plenty of off street parking available.
