Happy Pops  in South Bank is serving happiness on a stick with their handcrafted artisanal gelato and real fruit sorbet popsicles.

The brainchild of Noosa couple, Augusta Puttkammer and her husband Ian, this sweet addition to Stanley Street Plaza provides premade pops in a variety of scrumptious flavours, made fresh daily with all-natural locally-sourced ingredients.

Naked pops come in creamy vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, coconut, mango and more; while ​​​​​​Insta-worthy desserts include Hokey Pokey with Australian honeycomb, homemade caramel sauce and Belgian chocolate, Fruit Pavlova with pavlova chunks, passionfruit, Belgian white chocolate and freeze-dried raspberries, and Chocolate Salted Caramel with caramel sauce, dark chocolate and Murray River pink salt.

Alternatively, customers can create their own happy pop. Just choose your pop - gelato, sorbet, yoghurt, waffle or brownie - dip or drizzle with chocolate, and garnish with your choice of delectable toppings like sprinkles, macadamia nuts, Nerds, M&Ms and popcorn.

Nice to know - There's mini-pops for kids and even vegan pops made with milk alternatives such as soy, rice milk and coconut milk.
