For one night only Brisbane institution Montrachet will host Soirée Montrachet, the ultimate Parisian dinner, bringing together Parisian-born and Michelin trained chef Clément Chauvin and one of Australia’s most celebrated pastry chefs and winner of 2020 MasterChef Australia Emelia Jackson.

Emelia Jackson

Known for her elegant, joyful cooking style, Jackson will collaborate on a bespoke menu alongside Chauvin, blending refined French technique with contemporary warmth and flair.

Interior of Montrachet

Cuisine is just one element of a great night out. As soon as guests step into the restaurant, they’ll be transported from the streets of Brisbane to the romance of Paris. From the moment guests arrive, Montrachet will transform into a late-night Parisian dreamscape. Think red leather banquettes, candlelight, pressed whites, flowing wine and a DJ spinning from the bar.

Chauvin chef Montrachet

Already one of Brisbane’s most celebrated dining rooms, Montrachet has entered an exciting new chapter under Chauvin, whose contemporary take on French cuisine has earned acclaim both in Australia and abroad. Chauvin, who is also behind Canberra’s award-winning Les Bistronomes. cookbook, Bistronomie, was recently awarded first prize at the 31st Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2025, making it one of the top six best French cookbooks in the world.

The experience continues with roasted scallops dressed in a nutty beurre noisette vinaigrette, followed by the iconic Le canard à l’orange, showcasing premium duck breast paired with a unique licorice gel. To finish, Le Paris Brest offers a decadent blend of hazelnut pastry cream and chocolate gelato tucked inside airy choux pastry.
