Billy's Backyard BBQ

Billy's Backyard BBQ dishes up the best Texas-style low 'n' slow barbecue in the Redlands, located at Mount Cotton. 

Mouthwatering barbecue fare on offer for dine-in or takeaway at Billy's ranges from juicy burgers to beef brisket, pulled pork and pork belly, plus a full rack (750g) of smoked pork ribs.

Burger lovers are spoilt for choice with more than a dozen beef, chicken, pulled pork and barramundi burgers on the menu, including a classic Cheeseburger with wagyu beef patty (single, double or triple), Southern Fried Buttermilk Chicken Burger, and the Johnny Burger - smoked brisket, 150g wagyu beef patty, bacon, cheddar cheese, pickles and Billy's BBQ sauce.

Billy's also offers a baker's dozen of 'Boxes' (serving 1 to 8 people) filled with lip-smackin' smoked meats alongside tasty American side dishes. 

Billy's Box (serves two) includes smoked beef brisket, collar butt pulled pork, jalapeño and cheddar sausage, southern fried or grilled chicken, triple cheese potato bake, cornbread and 2 milk bun sliders; while the Mega Box (24-hours notice required) features a whole rack of pork ribs, jalapeño and cheddar sausages, pulled pork, beef brisket, southern fried chicken, deep fried bbq and buffalo wings, chips, fried halloumi chips, sweetcorn breads, coleslaw, milk bun sliders, potato bake and pickles. The Mega Box feeds 8 people. 

Other popular items on the menu are Fully Loaded Fries topped with smoked brisket, pulled pork, bacon, and liquid cheese, and Fiery Fries loaded with southern fried chicken and Billy's buffalo and bbq sauces. There's also Mex Tex fries topped with diced bacon, grilled chicken, fresh avocado and tomato salsa, and Poutine - doubled cooked chips smothered with cheese curds and gravy. 

The barbecue restaurant is child-friendly with a dedicated Kids Menu that includes Tempura Nuggets, Cheese Burger Sliders, Hotdogs with Cheese, Mac 'n' Cheese, and Fish. All kid's meals are served with a side of chips.

Nice to know - Billy's caters for weddings, private events and corporate functions.

Good to know - Billy's is fully licensed with craft beer on tap, wine and spirits available.

Need to know - Bookings are highly recommended, especially on weekends.
