Tetto Rooftop Bar

Everton Park

Tetto Rooftop Bar is a cool Italian Riviera inspired bar perched atop the revamped Everton Plaza's laneway eateries.

From the savvy owner of Communa Cantina and Corbett & Claude (both of which are located below), Tetto brings the taste of Italian summer all year round to the northside suburb.

Take the stairway, which is located just inside Corbett and Claude pizzeria, up to the roof where there's an indoor-outdoor terrace, with stripey orange and white beach umbrellas, plants and posters of the Italian coastal villages and beaches. Here you can sit undercover or under the stars and enjoy cocktails, wine, beer and spirits and delicious bar food.

On the cocktail menu are Tetto Classics (with an Italian twist) like the Amalfi Dream, Capri Colada, One Amore Mojito and Espresso Martini, together with a selection of Spritz, including Aperol, Sunset, Postiano and house speciality Tetto Spritz. From the wine list there's sparking (including Perrier Jouet champagne and Bandini Prosecco), white (from the Granite Belt to Greece), red (from the Barossa to Tuscany) and rose (from the Granite Belt and Provence).

As for beer, there's a selection of mostly local craft beers on tap and bottled beer including Italian (Peroni Nastro Azzuro or Leggera), Greek (Mythos and Fix) and Czech (Pilsner Urquell).

Food-wise, Tetto serves light bites with a mostly Italian flavour, such as mixed warm olives, bolognese arancini, house made meatballs in rich Napoli sauce, lightly battered calamari, crispy chicken bites with limocello dipping sauce and an Italian meat and cheese board for two. For something more substantial there's gorgonzola gnocchi and Tetto chicken cotoletta as well as Peroni battered fish and chips or chicken salad. And for dessert there's a choice of Nutella cannoli or Baba (rum soaked dough balls with vanilla ice-cream).
