Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers
Updated: Sep 14, 2026
Get ready to eat, sip and celebrate as FEASTival returns to Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers with a flavour-packed weekend dedicated to Queensland Country produce, top culinary talent and the region’s incredible local food scene on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September 2026.
Set against the colourful backdrop of one of Australia’s most beloved spring festivals, FEASTival transforms Toowoomba into a foodie playground, bringing together celebrity chefs, artisan producers, immersive dining experiences and hands-on workshops all in one vibrant festival precinct.
This year’s program features acclaimed chefs Nornie Bero, Simon Toohey and Dominique Rizzo, who will headline a series of live cooking demonstrations, masterclasses and interactive sessions designed to inspire home cooks and serious food lovers alike. Visitors can also explore Sip & Savour experiences showcasing regional wines, craft beers and locally distilled spirits, alongside tastings of cheese, small-batch products and seasonal Darling Downs produce.
For a more indulgent FEASTival experience, settle into the Canopy Club, a shaded, reserved area beneath the trees. At $113 for two adults, tickets include a bottle of wine or four-pack of Your Mates craft beers, plus two meals - choose from Rogue Surf & Turf or Fire-Roasted Stuffed Pumpkin, both prepared exclusively by Rogue Chef Ant Healy.
Sessions run 12pm–2pm and 3pm–5pm on Saturday and Sunday, with places strictly limited and the experience 18+.
Beyond the demonstrations, FEASTival is all about discovering the stories behind the food – meeting local makers, sampling fresh flavours and experiencing the creativity that makes Queensland Country’s culinary scene so special. Live entertainment, festival energy and a buzzing atmosphere make it just as enjoyable for casual visitors as it is for dedicated foodies.
