Sandstone Point Hotel & Holiday Resort is set to redefine luxury in Moreton Bay when it opens as the region’s first greenfield 5-star hotel, with sweeping views of the pristine Pumicestone Passage. 

The game-changing $250 million development will complement the highly awarded Sandstone Point Hotel and BIG4 Sandstone Point Holiday Resort, also by the Comiskey Group.

The hotel will feature 202 rooms across ten storeys and two architecturally striking buildings, with a choice of one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites, all designed with a dreamy vision of coastal elegance.

Guest amenities will include an expansive infinity pool overlooking the water, a stylish adults-only pool with a swimup bar and live DJ sets, a rejuvenating wellness centre, a Mediterranean restaurant, a fully equipped gym, family-friendly pools, and state-of-the-art function spaces designed for unforgettable weddings, corporate retreats, and social events.

The precinct will offer additional dining options, indoor entertainment facilities — including bowling — and a dedicated Tourism Information Centre, creating a dynamic space for both tourists and the local community.
