Last Man Standing

Last Man Standing is an indie craft brewery, pub and restaurant located opposite the Suncorp Stadium in Milton.

Occupying the massive space that was originally home to Newstead Brewing Co, The Last Man Standing is the ideal venue for big groups, functions and meet-ups on event days.

With a spacious outdoor terrace that is dog-friendly, Last Man Standing has a high-ceilinged cavernous indoor space that features a giant screen perfect for watching major sporting matches.

As well as their popular, refreshing lager Last Man Standing, here you'll also find a range of Australian owned beers on tap along with a fully stocked bar for non-beer drinkers. 

The concise food menu of elevated pub grub includes old school-style burgers (double, wagyu or chicken) served with togarashi fries & condiments; pizza (margherita, pepperoni, truffle & cheese) or garlic bread & dips, and salads (butternut pumpkin, fried cauliflower or tomato).

Mains include chicken schnitzel, fish & chips (both served with togarashi fries and coleslaw); and salmon Provençale with fresh tomato & zucchini; as well as steaks (Flinders grain-fed rib fillet or grass-fed rump; to sirloin 100-day grain-fed), served with togerashi fries, coleslaw and special house gravy.

Good to know - LMS Brewing was founded by five mates, including Australian sporting legend Steven Bradbury OAM. Along with former Wallaby, the late Roy Prosser, Bradbury inspired the beer’s name by literally being the last man standing when winning Australia’s first Winter Olympic Gold Medal in 2002.
