31 Degrees Custom Chocolates

Woolloongabba

Updated: Jan 08, 2026

31 Degrees Custom Chocolates, housed in Woolloongabba’s Eden Lane development, is a dream come true for local Chocolatier Kaitlyn Fitzpatrick.

Five years after first stepping foot in Paris’ chocolaterie Maison Georges Larnicol, and more than two years later honing her craft at Wandering Cooks in South Brisbane, Kaitlyn opened her first chocolate boutique in the Gabba.

Choccies can be purchased individually or in a box of 6 or more. Or buy a bag of rocky road with homemade marshmallows or a big block of boutique chocolate (sharing is optional!). Takeaway or enjoy on the patio with a cup of coffee locally roasted by The Beansmith.
