Updated: Feb 12, 2026

The Eucalyptus Room is Brisbane's first dessert degustation destination - a tiny 10-seater dining room located adjacent to its off-shooter sibling Perspective Dining inside Fortitude Valley's historic TC Beirne Building

The ultimate sweet tooth fantasy, The Eucalyptus Room is the work of esteemed chef-owner Andrew, whose neighbouring 14-seat degustation restaurant, Perspective Dining, is renowned as one of Brisbane's top foodie haunts.

Table setting with phots on wall at The Eucalyptus Room

Seated around one expansive table in the charming high-ceilinged room, diners are treated to a one and a half hour bespoke seven-course dessert degustation that transcends traditional boundaries, adding a unique and exciting dimension to Brisbane's culinary scene.

Menus change seasonally and according to availability of ingredients, starting with the likes of Brand I Butter - brown butter, nashi and pickled walnut.
